Gmail/Inbox Access:

If you connect your Gmail account, CastMeNow will access your Gmail data (e.g., audition confirmations, callback notifications, and replies from casting directors) to help you manage your submissions and communication efficiently. We do not share, sell, or transfer your Gmail data to third parties. You may revoke Gmail access at any time via your dashboard.

With your explicit permission, we access your email inbox to:

• Track audition confirmations and casting director responses
• Monitor agent communications related to submissions you've made
• Identify callback notifications and booking confirmations
• Help you reply to relevant messages (e.g. availability, negotiated terms) using user-approved templates
• Analyze anonymized industry patterns to improve casting matches

Inbox access is completely optional and can be revoked at any time via your dashboard. We never send contact anyone on your behalf without your action. All communication remains fully actor-controlled and limited to relevant casting-related conversations.

Gmail Scope Justification

To provide our services, we request specific permissions for your Gmail account. We are committed to data minimization and only use scopes essential for our app's functionality:

  This permission allows us to read your emails to identify casting communications, help compose replies with industry-standard templates, and mark emails as read/unread to help you track them.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send
  This allows you to send replies to casting directors and agents directly from our platform. Message content is always approved by you before it is sent.

2. How We Use Your Information

Every piece of data serves a specific purpose:

• Matching you to relevant casting opportunities
• Submitting your materials to appropriate projects
• Tracking your submission history and outcomes
• Improving our recommendation algorithms
• Providing customer support and platform updates
